Accomodations
The best choice in Ybor is the Hampton Inn. There is also a smaller Hilton property in Ybor and a number of local hotels on the Ybor trolley line within 10 minutes by public transit. We’ll work with one of them to get a good rate (ie. As close to $100 a night as we can wrangle) and a place with some hang-out space and a pool.

Ticket Prices
Cheap. We see absolutely no reason C* tickets need to cost anywhere near $75 a head. We’d like to see them well under $50. Hell, if we can get them down to $25 or $30 a shot that’d be great. We also fully intend to make our Convergence a ‘buy as you go’. You will need a laminate for the main event, but the other events (the Meet and Greet, the Pub) will either be free or a separate charge. No more paying for shit you don’t care about.

Venue
There's no shortage of Convergence-sized venues in and around Ybor City. Our first choice would the Centro Asturiano shown to the right.

Q: Summer? In Florida? Are you insane?
A: Hey, we live here. Besides, y'all are gonna bitch about the heat no matter when we propose. Might as well have a reason for all the bitching. We are not completely averse to looking again at the dates, but we do not want to conflict with Whitby, Treffen, or our already world famous Mordvergence ™ event.

Q: What about vendors, fashion shows, other events?
A: The committee anticipates facilitating the events usually associated with Convergence. However, at this time, we don't have concrete information to provide.
