The Wheel of Justice was created by Potatojunkie (with thanks to a certain Vic and Bob) in response to concerns that there was insufficient justice available at the Whitby Gothic Weekend. It has been used in the Little Angel, in the Resolution and outside on Flowergate to determine the appropriate punishment for persons convicted by Goth Court of inappropriate behaviour. After its hair has been combed, the wheel is spun, stopping at a section which reveals the appropriate punishment. The offender then has to carry out the sentence.

It has been rumoured that when the Wheel of Justice stops appearing in Whitby it will be replaced by a Wheel of Pies.
