There are some quotes that made it into my notes unattributed.

I put a proposed reformat up there. 

 I like the outline blocking that happens with the answers, but it blows when it gets really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really long because it doesn't wrap like it should.

the headers work well in my opinion[edit]

 There is a possibility my opinion doesn't matter.
