My Scarlet Life was started by Preston Klik and Julie Schreiber, and also included members Christy Cmaeron Smith, Amy Spina and Paul Finii. Their music combined influences from techno, dance-mixes, trip-hop and rock.

My Scarlet Life played on the main band night of Convergence IV in Toronto, ON in 1998.
