Please read before submitting:

This form is for bands, DJ's, and other talent that wish to participate in C23 Dallas. Open submissions for bands is between September 20, 2016 - October 20, 2016. Open submissions for DJ's and other talent is between September 20, 2016 - November 20, 2016.

Bands: Provide us with a brief bio about your band, including what style you play, a list of your most recent shows, and any other information you think would help your submission. Send us a photo of your band, a link to your band's social media pages (Bandcamp/Facebook/ReverbNation), and a link to download at least three of your songs. Also let us know if you have played at a Convergence before and which ones.

DJ's: Provide us with your DJ name, event nights you run or have dj'd at, links to past events or webpages with your info on it, links to at least two recorded sets (Mixcloud, Soundcloud, etc.) and playlists, along with a brief (100 words max) bio.

Talent: Are you a dancer, model, magician, or other type of entertainer? Whatever your talent is, you can enter a submission. Please specify in your bio what you do and what you can bring to C23 Dallas. Provide us with links of your profile pages, links to your videos of your performances and recent events you have participated in.
