C15 passage is $80. Your fare includes admission to all official daytime and evening events, including the beach party barbecue (complete with BEER as long as the kegs last) and the formal catered dinner.

Registering at altgothic.com and buying passage to C15 will automatically register new Convergence attendees to vote in future Convergence elections.

LIMITED EDITION

We have been granted official passage for up to 300 of our alt.gothic family and closest friends. Due to the decline in attendance for Convergence in recent years and the current chaos of the economy, we find this attendance projection to be acceptable and financially wise.

Should laminate sales exceed our expectations, we will happily consider options to accomodate more guests. We certainly want everyone who wants to attend C15 to be able to!

We will keep our guests updated on attendance figures as sales progress.

This is the first Convergence where tickets will not be sold to the general public. There will be no advertising on MySpace or Facebook. No street teams. No flyers, banners, or ads in clubs, the newspaper, or your local travel agency. This is alt.gothic's voyage, and we will disseminate information only on our website, the alt.gothic newsgroup, and the LiveJournal communities, convergence and gothconvergence.

REFUND POLICY

We will NOT be issuing refunds for purchased laminates if you find you are suddenly unable to come to C15. However, you are welcome to transfer your laminate to someone else -- just let us know who will be taking your place so we can keep our ship's log current.
